If you are unable to reach them, please call  Jefferson Animal Hospital at (502) 966-4104. Because true emergencies usually require a full staff, most are referred to Jefferson Animal Hospital for  after hours care. We are fortunate to have an emergency center so close. Any critical patients or those requiring monitoring throughout the night may  be sent home with the owner to be returned the following morning or may be sent to Jefferson Animal Hospital for overnight treatment. The doctor  will let you know if overnight treatment at Jefferson Animal Hospital is recommended
